And I'm such an easy keeper, it doesn't make sense. Give me a garage with access to a yard, some love and a short daily walk and I will feel great !
Loba is about 7-8 yrs old and 85 lbs. She is sweet and obedient. She has food allergies but she's been doing very well on Instinct Dog Food. Baths have helped her coat to come back, which she calmly tolerates. She loves walks and rides in the car. She doesn't need someone too active, a daily stroll around the neighborhood will make her happy, or a car ride to the store etc. She might be OK living with a male if given time to get to know him first. She is housetrained but would love a home where someone is around a lot. She is unusual for a malamute as she is protective of her home and people, and since she was previously on her own for so long before we took her into rescue she is possessive of her food. She would be great for a retired couple or someone with slight disabilities, she doesn't like a lot of noise and chaos, and thus needs a home without small children.
