Phin he has so many great qualities, he loves people and is very gentle. He does need a lot of attention as he likes to be around people all the time. He does not do well with other dogs, although you can walk him without a reaction when he see's them, but he is not social with them.
Phin's owner is moving to a condo and feels Phinn needs a larger yard and someone that can be home more often with him.
Phin is currently in the Redwood City area.
